General
This Nevada Supplement to Swordfish Privacy Policy details the right of individual residents of Nevada, U.S.A. to opt out of the sale of personal information. Swordfish (the “Swordfish”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) created this Supplement to provide notice to Nevada residents that they have this right relative to our online services (collectively, the “Services”). This Supplement is an integral part of Swordfish’s Terms of Service (“Terms”, and collectively, the “Agreement”). This Supplement is also an integral part of the Swordfish Privacy Policy linked here. It is not a standalone privacy policy. Any terms not defined in this Supplement will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Swordfish Privacy Policy.
As stated in the Privacy Policy, we collect personal information from “Contacts,” and our Services involve the sale to our customers of access to that personal information. “Contacts” are people whose identities are being confirmed, who are the subject of an investigation, or who are being contacted by Users, for example for recruitment or sales purposes. Information from Users of the Swordfish Services is also added to the Swordfish Database and therefore Users become Contacts as well.
