Marvin is currently a Technical Sourcer for a Bay Area tech company, and started in the industry 9 years ago as a Researcher and Consultant for an Executive Search Firm in Atlanta.
Since that time, he has been a part of Sourcing teams on the Corporate side, and dabbled in Full-Cycle recruiting for a national Accounting Firm. He first attended Sourcecon Dallas in 2015, and has enjoyed the friends, family, and colleagues that he has met along the way.
When not building out Booleans, he enjoys spending time with the family, watching and playing hockey, and running.
