Erica Briody was most recently the global head of talent acquisition for OYO. Previous positions include global head of TA for Novartis and Quintiles, TA director for GE, and VP of recruitment process outsourcing for IBM. An experienced talent leader who has spent over 20 years building a talent mindset across the organizations she has represented, Erica is an expert in crafting talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.
An MBA graduate and an accredited GE Six Sigma Greenbelt, Erica also speaks multiple languages. She was also the owner of Becker Net Professional Services in Miami, Florida. Erica’s global experience includes working and living across Europe, USA, Mexico, the UK, India, Hong Kong, and China. She has also received the HRO Superstar Award for innovation, the Novartis Achieve Breakthrough award, and GE’s Leadership award.
Additionally, she was recently recognizerd as one of the top Women HR Leaders in Technology and the Global Citizenship award at OYO.
