As vice president of talent acquisition at Nielsen Global Media, Dee Brogan leads the recruiting team for the Americas supporting all functions including Commercial, Technology, Operations, and Corporate Functions.

Dee manages a team of recruiters and sourcers who are responsible for attracting and engaging the very best talent to meet the needs of demanding global business. The team focuses on bringing a diverse slate of candidates to Nielsen via traditional recruiting methods, as well as leveraging technology and partnerships.

She is a member of the global talent acquisition leadership team. Dee started her career with Nielsen in 2001 working as an HR Specialist. She worked in a variety of HR roles, including university recruitment, employee relations, and training/organizational development.

Prior to joining Nielsen, she worked in HR for a software development company. She graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources. She resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, with her two daughters and son.
