Modernizing TA for Your Organization
What happens when a big media organization splits into two companies? Major challenges, yes. But also unique opportunities — particularly when it comes to redesigning the TA function. People, processes, systems — the TA team at Nielsen would have to reimagine all of these to create game-changing TA. On top of that, they’d have to do all this during a pandemic.
The good news is that you don’t need to wait for a merger, acquisition, spinoff, or an international emergency to enact real change at your own organization. Courtney Jones and Dee Brogan of Nielsen will share the challenges, opportunities, successes, and — yes — failures they experienced to help you transform TA at your company. Just as importantly, they’ll reveal the personal struggles and triumphs they experienced as change catalysts at Nielsen. During this session, you’ll learn how to:
- Analyze your TA department to gauge whether it’s meeting business needs
- Streamline and update processes to add the most value
- Engage stakeholders to enact real change
Change management is never easy. But in this session, you’ll discover how to leverage a data-driven model to create a strategy for change that will help you elevate and modernize your TA function — even during today’s tough times. Especially during today’s tough times.
